You can send your purchase amount by check, or you can send it using PayPal with the "Donate" button below. If you donate through PayPal, please include a note on the PayPal page with your name to connect your donation and your order.

Please include shipping and handling costs in your total. The shipping cost is $5 for orders under $50, plus $5 for every additional $50. So, for instance, payment for an order of $130 should include $15 for shipping.
